Bill Roach (RRP) is certified in standardized testing. He follows the guidelines established by the American Psychological Association for administering and interpretation of vocational / psychological assessments including:

  • Strong Interest Inventory
  • Jackson Interest Inventory
  • Canadian Occupational Interest Inventory
  • Wonderlic Personnel
  • Individual Styles Survey
  • ABLE Series (Aptitude Business Learning Exercise)

Bill holds a license from Psychometrics Canada and Nelson Canada for computer-generated reports that provide a vast amount of information to review. Research indicates that standardized vocational testing provides an in depth analysis of the clients' interests, personality and aptitudes and allows the client to make informed decisions in regard to careers that will enable them to secure long term employment.
